How do you use software program TP781 to calculate the sample size for a reliability test plan when wearout and/or infant mortality might occur?
Since TP781 uses only the exponential distribution, it could not take these factors into account.
The same issue should apply to calculating the confidence limit(s) of MTBF/MTTF.
