If you mean fixed versus sequential, TP105 can produce a matched set of fixed and sequential plans that have the same OC curve.
If you mean fixed sample SIZE, increasing the fixed sample size makes the OC curve more steep (more vertical). This increases the sampling plans ability to discriminate between different levels of quality.
