I am in charge of Logistics in 3M Argentina, here we are evaluating a new approach to perform our annual physical inventory for finished goods, we think in a statistical audit (to count a sample) instead of having a disruption in our shipping operations to do a total physical count. We have more than 8.000 Sku's in stock and high pressure on service to customers, a total physical count implies a number of days out of work in our Distribution Center. Our concern is the sample selection and related issues (usual levels of accuracy, of rejection, et-c).
