Here is a tool for analysis: The software program TP105 can list or plot the oc-curve for any n,c combination (like n=3,c=0). It uses the binomial distribution, so the assumption is "infinite lot size". Practically, this means that it is accurate when n is smaller than the lot size by a factor of 10. This is almost always the case.
