Comparison of Multiple samplingwith Double Sampling Plan for Attributes as per MIL Standard

We have been using Double Sampling plans as per MIL 105D. We want to switch to independant Multiple samples (Two samples). I want to compare the Consumer risk associated with both the schemes. Is there any literature detailing the procedure for evaluating the consumer risk associated with these two plans?
