Again, considering that the standard deviation that you posted is too large to meet capability, don't overlook the fact that the proper standard deviation for acceptance sampling of sublots is the pooled within-sublot standard deviation. This value is almost always smaller than the overall standard deviation, and more correctly indicates higher process capability.
