Your equation for n cannot be used for acceptance sampling. It does not assign a producer's risk(alpha) or a consumer's risk(beta) - valid acceptance sampling protects both parties. It also does not assign a rejectable quality level(RQL). The software program TP414 will develop acceptance sampling plan for any specification that the designated process can meet. In the case of the process and specification you describe, it notifies that no sampling plan can satisfy. See:
