i have what is probably a simple problem..i have been task for implement Quality Assurance program for a small production where sampling plan is one of the major milestone.. our company involved in making die in wafer semiconductor for ic...\ so in our production floor,we shall inspected raw wafer from vendor,in- process wafer and also outgoing wafer. we need to do sampling plan for all this inspection. my problem is to design the samplng plan for all the inspection.....our wafer is 25 wafer per lot.
