I am designing a sampling plan for environmental assessments. I have divided the population (facilities)into strata and for each strata have calculated sample size. The questions are: 1. Is there a simple way of calculating sample size for each strata? 2. Can I add the error rate for each strata together and get an overall sample error rate?
