Sample Size / Software Recommendation
I need to establish a minimum sample size to verify to a pre-established acceptance criteria the accuracy of records contained in a database. There are several thousand records in the database. My objective is to manually examine and confirm the accuracy of a minimum number and then make the following statement: "Based on the confirmed accuracy of x-number of records I am 95% confident that all records are accurate." Can you recommend one of your software packages to help me with this?
