You should study the tutorial at www.samplingplans.com/modern3.htm
The sampling plan that you design will discriminate between two levels of quality. For example: AQL=0.0005(99.95% accuracy) and RQL=0.02(98.00% accuracy). If the sample size that results from these inputs is too big, try again after increasing the distance between AQL and RQL.
I suggest that you carry out the plan separately for each of the operators in case the operators differ.
Question: What will you do when one of the plans rejects?
