I have used fixed-n sampling plans in combination with continuous plans for this purpose. Skip-lot sampling is based on the application of continuous sampling procedures to lots as the inspected entity.

You can use plans like CSP1, CSP2, CSP3, or the multi-level plans in Mil-Std 1235A in combination with your fixed-n plan.
