I currently work in a profile extrusion sub-plant and I have been requested to determine a sampling plan that will ensure that 95% of the pieces placed on a load are conforming with 95% confidence. (Customer has requested) However, we currently have our sampling set-up such that we do it every hour. What we measure are dimensional features (up to 12 for each profile). I am curious what methods are available for developing a production sampling plan that ensures that I meet these customer requirements.
