I am looking for the best sampling plan method for repaired product, in this case disk drives. The plan is needed for drives repaired at the OEM and sent to us. Currently, we receive a variety of part numbers daily. The current process is to do a 100% functional inspection on all drives. The OEM's quality is measured monthly based on the number of defects by the total number received. Presently, there is no consideration given to the fact that various part numbers are received.
