I would like some opinions on how to achieve the follwing : I receive compact discs on spindles of quantity = 150. There may be anywhere from 50 to 500 spindles in a lot. Anything above or below this spindle = 150 quantity is unacceptable to my process. I want to efficiently audit the incoming discs for quantity on each spindle with a statistically valid method. How should I proceed ?
