Thanks for your help Stan. AS1199, Sampling procedures for Inspection by attributes, the companion standard to this is AS1399, Guide to AS1199. I don't know much about this at all but apparently when read in conjunction with each other, these two standards provide generic information to calculate risk, determine sample size, and acceptance and rejection numbers.
