Greetings Hillard,

I don't know of any C=0 website. However, if you select "search for words" on the upper right corner of this forum, and search for "zero", you will find 26 messages to C=0 plans.

By the way, our software program TP105 "Sampling for Attributes" develops plans with zero acceptance number. (Click on "software" at the top of this forum.) With the software, you are not limited to only plans that have been tabulated.

TP105 plans are based on the binomial distribution, so they are best used when the population size is much larger than the sample size. (By a factor of 10.) I have found that this is almost always the case.

Another point: I haven't seen any C=0 tables for a long time. If you use them, you should be aware that when you convert from an AQL based plan to C=0 plan with the same AQL, the C=0 plan that you get from the table has a probability of acceptance of an AQL lot of only 50%.

Sincerely, Stan Hilliard
