Factory performing a 100% inspection on all product, reworking any nonconformances. Sampling plan after 100% is N=500 n=80 c=3. My dilema: To calculate AOQ the rectified lots must be combined with the accepted lots, all lots are rectified by the performance of the 100% inspection? Recording % of product that requires rework, do I use this % as the incoming quality level and continue with the calculation?
