COMMENT: I am having a hard time understanding. I wonder if there is a problem with nomenclature or language translation here? Could you please elaborate on your statement of the specification? Is p' the percent defective? Percent good? What does "should be no conformance" mean?

YOU SAID: "... whereas f> 97% (95% confidence) has been specified".

COMMENT: What does f stand for and what is the difference between f and p'?

YOU SAID: "It is not possible that an acceptance decision could depend on sample size..."

COMMENT: Please elaborate on what you mean by this.
