How do I set up sampling procedures, when I have following specifications from my customers: MIL-STD-105E using double sampling plans at level II, normal inspection. Colors:
Red AQL 0.10 Blue AQL 0.25 Green AQL 0.65 Yellow AQL 1.0 --------------------------- Color quality Cum.AQL 2.5
Lets say I have a lot of 15.000 pc.
sample size is 200 pc (M) times two if needed. 1. Ac is 7 Re 11 2. Ac is 18 Re 19
I understand it as the total defects should comply with numbers abow. But how about the individual levels? Red at AQL 0.10 has not an entry for that sample size, does this mean I should take a new sample at larger size 315 pc (N), and the rest of the colors should comply with the individual Ac and Re at original sample size 200 (M)?
Hope you can help with explaing this problem.
