Sir, I am working for Appliance Industry as a Reliability Engineer for New Product Introduction Program. I need to estimate sample size for Reliability Growth test for each builds Details as below, Build Phase MTBF Confidence Level Feasiblity 2.9 50% Confirmation 3.8 Pre Pilot 4.2 Production 5.0 90%

Program reliability goal is 80% relaibility @90% confidence level for 10 year life We normally assume the failure distribution to be Weibull distribution

Could you tell me how we can figure our Sample size?
