I have a real basic question to clarify n and Ac. For example, when you have a modern plan that states: n=100 and Ac=5, then does that mean that you will accept up to 3 units without rejecting.

Further, using modern sampling methods, at n=100 and Ac=5, with confidences for AQL=.95, and RQL=.10, you get an AQL value of 2.64 and an RQL value of 9.08. Since these values are computed off of the OC chart, they aren't rounded integeres like the ANSI plan numbers (i.e .65, 1), so would it be best to just discuss sampling in terms of n and Ac
