AQL Spreadsheet

I want to come up with a good AQL worksheet (as an Excel spreadsheet) that I can then have my employees run on a PDA. I am doing this for 2 reasons: 1) For our inspection work, we need something that is a fill in the blank sort of deal and at the end it gives an answer. If I can do that, I think it will really minimize my headaches as the vendors we audit tend to be combative in some cases. I want to make the decision of accept or reject a function of the numbers.

2) I will be the first to admit; I have not been very good at Excel and am trying to learn it a bit more. My experience is that one of the best ways to learn a software package is to sit down and do a project with it. That is my goal- In the business we are in (consumer audio, cabinets, drivers, amps, systems) we are faced with increasing pressure to make sure that no bad product gets out of China. Even though my idea may not be perfect, I am very confident that it will be a tremendous plus to our operation.
