If you need to find sampling plans according to MIL-STD 105 or 414 (AKA ANSI Z1.4 and Z1.9) you can use SQCOnline: http://iew3.technion.ac.il/sqconline/
I created this application in 2000 since I needed it, and although the MIL specs have their disadvantages they are very popular...
My web application also gives you the OC and ASN curves for the specific plans you request, so that you can evaluate their performance (I suppose Stan Hillier would like that!)
