I have a commercial building restoration project that requires the purchase of a substantial number of windows. In describing a selling point, one of the window vendors I am soliciting a bid from referenced a "Delta-E" measurement" regarding the warranty questions I have on the fade issues for the clad used in their process. Despite my attempts, I am unable to locate any information (other than a definition) of exactly what this measurement "standard" or its parameters include or ????? (Obviously, I know nothing about it!). 'Would appreciate some info...thanks much...
