I'm looking to change an established philosophy for batch monitoring during my filling(attributes checked:weight, package seal,visual appearance) and final packaging (attributes checked:individual package carton, the shelf carton, the shipper, and the final palletized shippers). These samples are drawn at ten intervals across the batch and vary with batch size.How can I change or convert from attribute analysis to an SPC design, What technical justification can I use?
