I've been attempting to find some protocol for evaluating historical in-house test data in conjunction with data from the vendor's certificate of analysis to reduce the frequency of full testing. I have found only vague references to skip testing, periodic testing and parametric testing during my cyber-search. Can anyone lead me to a comprehensive outline for a reduced testing program for pharmaceutical API raw materials?
