I am not sure what sort of sampling plan can be applied in the Production line. Our production is divided into 2 parts, the Frontend and Backend. Frontend is where the Chip placement and the Backend is where the pcb are assembled into the final product. Electrical and mechanical test is carried out before it is send for QA buy-off. This flow is progressive meaning if Production start with a lot size of 500, the QA will not received all the 500 until the next day. Every unit of the 500 product that passes thru QA will be inspected. Pls. advise.
