Greetings Gabriel,
You Said: Producer's risk: 5% AQL: 0.3 C=0 n=???
My Answer: Producer's risk: 5% AQL: 0.3 C=0 n=13 (The exact-n before rounding is 13.15)
You Said: Would you also tell me what the RQL would be for a given consumer's risk (for example, 5%)?
My Answer: RQL=20.58%
You said: Also, would there be another sampling plan (any C) that gives me, for that AQL and producer's risk, the same of better RQL/consumer's risk combination, without increasing the sample size from what it was with C=0?
My Answer: No, C=0 gives the smallest sample size. For example, with both producer's and consumer's risk at 5%:
AQL: 0.3%(0.3938) RQL: 20.58% C=0 n=13
AQL: 0.3%(0.3099) RQL: 4.059% C=1 n=115
AQL: 0.3%(0.3024) RQL: 2.305% C=2 n=271
