The answer to you question is yes c=Ac I designed my own OC program in Excel, and I'm glad to realize that your n=126, c=5 is very close to the results I have, means that my program work at least fairly. I used only n=200, c=4 just as an example to get numbers easy to understand (wrong). To clarify a little bit more if for n=126, Ac=5 and N=2000, the true lot fraction defective is 2.36% at 0.03 of incoming defective If now N=50000 to keep p' at 2.36% n should change to =160 an Ac to =6. Is this correct? I still have problems to understand what and how are the results I have to report. Thank you for the feedback, it has been a great help.
