I am a dealer of a product, and I seek for arguments for a discussion with the manufacturer. When is a failure/phenomenon considered to be an epidemic ? 3% ? 5% ? Thus as I seek for warranty coverage reaching beyond the original warranty period. Thanks in advance, David.
