Contrary to its name, it is not limited to only Ac=0.

You enter RQL=0.02 and Beta=0.10. If you want Ac>0 then you enter Ac also. The program calculates n and AQL at Pa=0.95, as you need, and it also displays a probability statement that interprets the performance of the sampling plan.

The calculation is binomial, which is an approximation that is accurate when the sample size turns out to be less than 10% of the lot size.

When the sample size is greater than 10% of the lots size, the calculation gives a sample size that is high. But it is still useful.
