I am a QA officer (fresh grad), in-charged of Incoming Inspection. Currently, I am planning to improve my company sampling plan. But I have litte knowledge in this area. I have a studied the Fundamentals of Quality Control and Improvement by Amitava Mitra. But still couldn't really understand on how to start a sampling plan, only understand the definition of AQL, RQL, OC, c, n, Producer's n consumer's risk...
I have other questions to ask you too. Here goes...
1. What are needed to know first before starting a sampling plan.
2. How to determine Ac and n
3. When to use Producer's Risk and Consumer's Risk
Please advise!
