Hi, I'm currently in the process of reviewing the acceptable number of defects that could trigger a lot to be rejected. I am convinced that our current system is not anymore applicable compared to the volume we are producing. We have previously set 2 qtys. of defect to trigger a lot to be rejected. Unfortunately, I don't know where to start or what calculation to use to know the minimum number of units that I can use. By the way, the lot size that we use is 50 units.
