When I was with a Medical Device manufacturer, we added all nonconformances under that AQL for rejection for that sample plan. If we were allowed acc 1, rej 2 for that AQL and had 10 characteristics that we looked at, we needed to get only 1 that nonconformed from that 10 combined.
