We are planning to hv SORT FREE on certain product but until today we are still not able to eliminate 100% visual defect. Reduction is possible. If I would like to calculate what level of ppm level I'm comfortable to start implemeting sort free without customer catching the defect at IQA, what method should I use? Sampling Plan? How? We hv established a sampling plan for final inspection. Can we relate ppm with sampling plan?
