I am a newcomer in using these methods. My question is: say we have a lot of 65,000 pcs, a Sample Size of 500 pcs and a AQL of 4.0. If the number of defects found in the sample size is below this AQL, what is the formula / law we can use to say "there is XX% chances to get less than 4% defects in the 65,000pcs lot" ? Thanks, ML
