I need your help... I am conducting a research in the sampling plans field and I need to know who wrote the following referance:
U.S. Department of the Army, Master Sampling Plans for Single, Duplicate, Double and Multiple Sampling, Chemical Corps Engineering Agency, Manual No. 2 Army Chemical Center, Md., 1953.
everywhere I look I see the above referance in connection with one of the original double sampling table, but I can't find the name of the individual(s) who composed these tables. If anyone has a clue or a lead to keep searching I would be grateful. (The referred manual itself cannot be found in my university).
