Customer can use different sample plan if LTPD of customer is differ from LTPD of producer. See below: AQL cust=AQL prod=2.5%,LTPD cust=14% and LTPD of producer= 7%. What went wrong? Lots should be homogeneous.See Montgomery: The units in the lot should be produced by the same machines,the same operators,and from common raw materials, at approximatly the same time.
