My SQC Online web application allows you to calculate sampling plans online.
SQC Online now has a new dedicated website. It's http://www.sqconline.com
SQC Online includes MIL-STD-105E (ANSI Z1.4, ISO 2859), MIL-STD-414 (ANSI Z1.9), and MIL-STD-1235C. The web application also gives you the OC and ASN curves for the specific plans you request, so that you can evaluate their performance.
I created this application in 2000 since I needed it, and although the MIL specs have their disadvantages, they ARE very popular...
