Ans: The various colors and sizes should not have any effect on whether you use doubles sampling.

Ans: Use the oc curve to choose a sampling plan. Examine the producer's point and consumer's point for each of several plans. This, along with n, Ac will give you a basis for choosing the plan.

Then find the inspection level that comes closest to the n, Ac that you have chosen.
