In response to am I using a standard plan: yes. AQL double sampling. Lot size is 90,000 First sample size is 315 samples. Non-Conformance (NC) catagorized as Critical, major or minor with measurements specified for each classification of each NC Critical NC: 1 - the lot is 2nd sampled. Major NC: <12 - Pass the lot 12 to 16 - Req 2nd sample > 16 - Lot fails AQL
Minor NC: <12 - Pass the lot 12 to 16 - Req 2nd sample > 16 - Lot fails AQL
Cconceivibly the lot could have 11 Major NC plus 11 Minor NC and still pass AQL.
