It depends on whether the auditor wants to change the probabilities. The probabilities as described by the oc curve depend on n and Ac.
For example, for the plan n=20, Ac=1, the RQL at beta = 5% is 21.6% defective.
If the auditor increases the sample size from 20 to 30, the RQL decreases from 21.6% to 14.8%.
