In our shipping operation, we send out about 1,500 packages an hour. I'd like to determine an hourly sampling plan that will tell me, with 95% confidence, that our outbound quality is 99%. That is, the contents in the packages are 99% correct. How do I go about establishing the plan? I am approaching this from the right perspective?
