To clarify my previous obtuse post - I am concerned about the delay time between when an inspection is assigned and the actual completion. I have a situtation where multiple inspections can occur simultaneously. Obviously the impact of this is dependent on the frequency rate of inpections, which I hope will be small but which I cannot control. I do want to vary inspection requirements based on performance to reduce inspecton costs but I am starting to think that a 2859 process may be the wrong one......
