Stan, All our products are out-source. The main purpose of our quality procedure is to verify vendors adherence to our quality standards. We are actually auditing a constant amount of units regardless of the lot amount. The plan doesn’t accept or reject lots based on any statistical method, but accumulate percentage defective to know the vendors quality. 1 Can I have your opinion about this plan? 2 Is there any formula that can be use to measure vendor performance for improvement?
