Suggested topic areas:
Discuss the kinds of product -- items, liquids, properties/variables, lot/batch formation, or the kinds of sampling plan: Variables, attribute, MTBF. Discuss alternative strategies like fixed-n plans, double , multiple, and sequential sampling plans.
